2997302 - Create and Open button is duplicated when creating forms

When creating Performance Management Forms using Performance Management Inbox the "Create and Open" button is duplicated.

Performance Management

1. Go to Performance Inbox
2. Create New Form
3. Select a form
4. Select "Self -...."

Bahavior is caused by the Route Map configuration. In this scenario, the first step of the route map is an Iterative step. Both employee and the originator is the entry user.

The user is using the Performance Management Inbox to create a form. Because of the configuration of the route map, the user becomes the subject (employee) and the originator of the form. Hence the user seem to have duplicated "Create and Open" button when creating the form.

To prevent dulicated form, the entry user of the first step may be remived from the emloyee or the originator.
