When a dimension/characteristic is set to display both Key and Text (or Text and Key, the order is not relevant), the header is missing in the second colum, as shown in the screenshot below:
The "Repeat Members" option does not change the behavior.

Cause
This is the normal behavior when using a version lower than AO 2.8 SP12.
Resolution
When using a version higher than AO 2.8 SP12, a new option "Repeat Titles" is available as shown below:
In order to repeat titles in columns, use a version higher than Analysis Office 2.8 SP12 and select the option "Repeat Titles". Refer to SAP Note 1518359 to download the latest version of Analysis Office.
