When a dimension/characteristic is set to display both Key and Text (or Text and Key, the order is not relevant), the header is missing in the second colum, as shown in the screenshot below:
The "Repeat Members" option does not change the behavior.

Cause
This is the normal behavior when using a version lower than AO 2.8 SP12.
Resolution
In order to repeat members in columns and rows, use Analysis Office 2.8 SP12 or higher version. Refer to SAP Note 1518359 to download a different version of Analysis Office.
