2997609 - Only PB00 condition type available in Manage Purchasing Info Record app

Symptom

When the user tries to create an inforecord in the fiori application Manage Purchasing Inforecord, they notice that only the condition PB00 (Gross price) is available.

In the GUI in ME11 or ME12 the user with the same data can add different conditions.
