2997772 - Copy/Pasting text into Custom Longtext Fields causes formatting issues

Symptom

You copy and paste formatted text from another program (e.g. MS Word) into a text box in tab "Custom Longtext Fields" of a Portfolio Item or Portfolio Initiative. After saving the item/initiative, you notice changes in the text (e.g. spaces or extra lines may appear or disappear).
