Is it possible to set the Home page to the Hire's preferred language?

Manual Onboarding:

• You can provide the locale for new hires at the time of onboarding initiation. The new hire can see this updated locale after successfully logging into Onboarding.

Initiate Onboarding from Recruiting/xATS:

• The locale for the external new hire will be updated automatically, when you initiate the onboarding process from Recruiting Management. The locale provided by the candidate at the time of candidate profile creation is published by Recruiting Management and the same is consumed by Onboarding.
• If you also provide any mapping for the defaultLocale field under the data model (hris-sync mapping), then that value overrides the locale value that is selected by the new hire as part of the candidate profile.

Note 1: The welcome email and the password reset page (when opened from the welcome email) will appear in the default language that is set in the Default Language field of Company Settings in Provisioning.

• To view the welcome email and the password reset page as per the locale selected by the new hire during candidate profile creation, create a rule and include it in the corresponding email templates.

Note 2: If you do not provide a value for Locale for New Hire, Onboarding picks the default value from the Default Language field of Company Settings in Provisioning.
