An error occurs in IAS monitor Tool page as below:

Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to "Monitoring Tool of Identity Authentication Service/Identity Provisioning Service Upgrade"
2. An error displays as below:
An internal error occurred while retrieving the record you requested. Please try again later or contact customer support.
Resolution
Engineering will be implementing a fix for the issue and will be available in the b2311 release.
