2998123 - Error in Intrastat Declaration Run: Invoice and Order not Found

You have scheduled intrastat declaration run but the run failed with errors even though all configurations are correctly maintained.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center
2. Select view Intrastat Declaration Runs
3. Select the respective run ID
4. The status is inconsistent
5. Open the application log
6. Error recorded: Goods Movement ID(say XXX): Invoice and order not found or Company VAT number is missing or Company number is missing

The relevant Goods movement document is a Customer Return Delivery which does not have a follow up document (say a credit memo). Now the valuating Company VAT information is picked up from the follow up documents.

Please create follow up documents to solve the issue and then trigger the Intrastat Valuation Run.
