2998279 - BPC Tasks are not visible in Visual Studio 2017

Symptom

When creating a new SSIS project in Visual Studio 2017, the BPC tasks are not visible and therefore cannot be used in the project despite the fact that the steps in SAP note 2122201 have been applied.

When loading an existing BPC Data Manager Package in Visual Studio 2017 an error message similar to the one below is displayed:

The task with the name "Admin_Makedim" and the creation name "SAP.BPC.Services.Application.DataMgr.Task.SSISAdmin, BPCTaskAdmin2016, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=bf6c37fa78f5a648" is not registered for use on this computer.
