2998337 - MIRO: Credit Memos are not blocked for Return PO items - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

It is expected that, for return Purchase Order items, when posting a Credit Memo in MIRO transaction, the price tolerance block (PP tolerance) should block the invoice if the amount is too high.

Note: this would mean that the amount to be reversed would be less than expected, thus the amount in MIRO would be lower than what system proposes when message "M8478 - Price too high (tolerance limit of XXX YYY exceeded)" is raised.
