2998659 - Refresh rate of tiles on the Homepage

Symptom

KPI or Reports are not refreshing on the Home Page.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into your system.
  2. Go to the Home Page.
  3. You refresh the page.
  4. You notice that the old data is still shown. 

Cause

The home page refresh happens automatically on the first time load (for example when you login and go to home work center).

Resolution

After the initial refresh the refresh icon needs to be clicked because an automatic refresh will not happen later.
