2998679 - Web Service Messages are not Processed in Chronological Order

Symptom

You are replicated business partner messages are not processed in chronological order.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer Integration with ERP

Reproducing the Issue

You are replicating business partners from an external system using web service messages.

When checking the web service message monitor you find that the messages created earlier sometimes will be processed at a later date.

Cause

There is no SenderSequenceNumberValue field in the payload received from the incoming BusinessPartnerReplicationIn messages.

Therefore they will not be executed in sequence.

Resolution

Double check the middle ware mapping, since SenderSequenceNumberValue is not sent to the Cloud for Customer, the system will not execute the messages in chronological order.
