2998912 - inboundRA fails to start: Destination XI_IDOC_DEFAULT_DESTINATION does not exist

Symptom

The inboundRA doesn't start.

When trying to start it the exceptions below are recorded in the Java default trace files:

(Failed in component: sap.com/tc~sapjra~temp, BC-MID-CON-JCO) Cannot start ResourceAdapter "inboundRA" from application "sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.idoc.sapjra.inboundRA".
