2999113 - How to temporarily allow global remote access by deactivating China Access from SAP by using the Emergency Function (onPremise)

• China Access is only available to customers who are Critical Information Infrastructure Operators located in Mainland China.
• China Access from SAP ("CN Access") is activated on one of the customer systems and immediate SAP assistance is required.
• In order to reduce impact to business operations, the customer decides to temporarily allow access to the restricted system from country/regions outside mainland of China.
• If CN Access from SAP is activated and the customer is facing a severe business critical situation, such as, but not limited to, a priority “Very High” case or any business critical situation, for which remote access to customer PROD and/or TEST system is required.
• The customer has to have an S-User with the “Open Remote Connections” and the “Deactivate Remote Access Restrictions” authorization.
