2999204 - Sales Orders/ Quotes not shown in Account Summary

Some Sales Orders and/ or Quotes are not shown in the PDF of an Account Summary file, however, they are shown in Sales Quote and/ or Sales Orders facet of the account.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Customer work center.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Search for account XYZ(XYZ represent the id of the account).
4. Move to the Sales Order or Sales quotes facet.

You can see several sales quotes and or orders are maintained on the facet.

Now:

Click the button Action and choose Summary. Open the PDF and check the line for sales orders and/ or quotes. You can see some of the sales orders and/ or quotes are not shown.

What is a WYSIWYG functionality ?

A WYSIWYG (pronounced "wiz-ee-wig") editor/program/functionality is one that allows a developer/user to see what the end result will look like while the interface or document is being created.

The account summary for sales quotes basically shows all entries from facet Sales Quotes in Account UI. The number of sales quote entries shown in account summary is restricted to 50.
But for  sales Order side, we only show orders which were created in past one month.

This is the expected system behaviour.
