When Scheduling an Interview through Interview Central we can select the same interviewer multiple times with different interview times.

This is expected behavior when using Interview Central to schedule an Interview.

Interview Central allows you to book an interview with the same interviewer at different times, there is no functionality to stop you from doing this. An alternative to interview central would be to enable Interview Scheduling, this changes how interviews are scheduled. Interview Scheduling supports multiple round interviews and will stop users from selecting the same user twice in one Interview round.
