2999423 - Threshold comparing a value with zero results in unexpected result in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

A threshold is set in a table or chart to compare two measures.

If values are exactly the same threshold should show green otherwise if there is any difference between the measures threshold should show red.

Functionality is fine when comparing two values. But when 0 is entered for a measure compared against non-zero value of the other measure the threshold shows green instead of red.
