2999430 - ExternalID of BP Missing in Confirmation Message for the Update Scenario

ExternalID tag appears in the Create Scenario but is missing from the Update scenario for the Business Partner Confirmation SOAP Message.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Business Partner which is replicated via SOAP API
2. The Confirmation message includes a value in the ExternalID tag
3. Update the same Business Partner 
4. In the Update Scenario the ExternalID tag is not included.

The ExternalID tag is an optional tag which is used for the Business Partner number for systems where Business Partner number is greater than 10 characters. In SAP S/4HANA, the Business Partner Number is less than or equal to 10 character. In the create scenario the tag

The ExternalID tag exists in the Create scenario where the Business Partner number in the external system is greater than 10 characters it creates an entry in the "Key Mapping". In the update scenario since this mapping has already been created and is not included in the payload.
