Symptom

In SAP SuccessFactors the Upgrade (Activate SuccessFactors SAP Cloud Platform Identity Authentication Service Integration) is not working for an existing IAS tenant due to the following error:

Authentication Failed The subject (user) in SAML response does not exist in BizX
Please go back to upgrade center to test again
