2999522 - SAML configuration error.User [<User ID>] does not have attribute [<attributeName>]

Symptom

  • User is getting this error when trying to access an application through Identity Authentication:
    • "Identity provider cannot process the response due to wrong configuration. Please contact your system administrator".
  • The Troubleshooting log is showing the following error:
    • "SAML configuration error. User [<User ID>] does not have attribute [<attribute name>]"
