2999803 - I cannot find a report or I receive an error when viewing the report

• User cannot see a report in Analytics > All Reports
• User cannot see a report the report's folder
• User cannot locate a report
• User can see the report but when they open/run the report they receive the error message: You are not authorized to access this page. Please contact your System Administrator if you believe you should have access to it
