Symptom

  • The task fails before sending any web service requests.
  • Axis2_log.txt has errors:

    • [error] ..\..\src\core\deployment\dep_engine.c(945) Populating Axis2 Configuration failed
    • [error] ..\..\src\core\deployment\conf_init.c(195) Loading deployment engine failed for client repository C:\Program Files\SAP\DataServicesAgent/ext/webservice-c
