3000115 - Only one Portlet available in Add New Hire to Onboarding - Onboarding

• Hiring manager is trying to submit data in new hire data review and an application error occurs in the "identity" portlet.
• In Add New Hire to Onboarding click on Provide Additional Details button, only one portlet is available.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Add new hire to Onboarding;
2. Fill out the basic details;
3. Click on "Provide Additional Data";
4. Only one portlet opens in the UI;
5. Once you try to submit the information, an application error occurs.

Basic Permissions for hiring manager role such as Employee ID / User ID in employee data are missing.

1. Look for the associated role for the user.
2. Navigate to Employee Data.
3. Check if the user has view and edit permission for user ID and employee ID under employee profile in Employee Data.
4. Grant the permission.

1. Sometimes labels may be different for user ID and employee ID.
2. To check the correct label, navigate to manage business configuration.
3. Expand Employee Profile section.
4. Expand standard section.
5. User ID and employee ID should be available here. Open and identify the label.
6. This is the field you need to grant permission to in the role.
