3000144 - Is it possible to consolidate status triggered emails? - Recruiting Management

Whenever a candidate is moved from the one application status to another, an email notification is sent to Operator or a Candidate. 

This article will explain if it is possible to consolidate the status triggered emails for the same recipient into one single email or to set intervals when sending consolidated emails.

As of today's version, consolidation of emails for Application statuses is still not supported.

Consolidation of emails is only available for email notifications under Email Notification Template Settings. Please see the full list of supported Email notifications for consolidation.

There is no available setting yet for Status Triggered Emails.
