3000148 - Error "Kernel verion is lower than 7.42, RFC cannot point to http destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL" in tasks of SDCCN

Symptom

Some tasks in SDCCN like Measurement Data or Send EarlyWatch Alert data towards SAP fail due to the error below although the destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL works properly.
