3000162 - No data is transferred from MIC after creating Inspection Plan with Migration Cockpit

Symptom

Inspection Plan was imported into the system with migration object 'QM - Inspection plan' in data migration cockpit. However, MIC (Master Inspection Characteristic) data was not transferred to inspection plan.
