3000580 - Old values are appearing in the report filters - Canvas Report

Symptom

The value of a field was changed in the instance, but the old value remains in the report filter. The reports are failing because of this.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Edit the affected Report
  2. Click on Manage Query Filter
  3. You'll notice the old field value is appearing
  4. Edit the affected filter
  5. The old value is appearing under "Selected Values", but it is not available on the Available Values list

Cause

The filter value doesn't change when the field is modified in the instance.

Resolution

This is expected behavior. You can change the filter manually to the new value or remove it and apply another filter to a numeric value that will not be changed, such as ID.
