3000700 - [Onboarding] HR role cannot view Additional New Hire Data

Symptom

HR role cannot view Additional New Hire Data. Error shows "Internal Server Error".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login into the Instance.
  • Proxy as HR user.
  • Proceed to a candidates Additional Data Collection Page. 
  • "Internal Server Error"  occurs.
  • Check in console for the error Id with the following error-

    An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=d9bb5a58-570b-473c-8e4f-3a29ef3dad8d, timestamp=2020-12-03T17:25:17.397+0800, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring

Cause

Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions missing for the HR role.

Resolution

Provide Onboarding data collection user configuration object permission for the HR role under Onboarding or Offboarding Object Permissions.
