• What format should the site URLs take for these systems?
• Is it necessary to request an SSL certificate via the Cloud Ops portal for these systems?
• Who has access to the RMK site in Command Center?
• What configuration is required?
• Will job alerts be received?

URL:
Though these instances are provisioned on Command 40, the URL for the Commercialized SAP SuccessFactors Sales Demo system should follow the following format: foldername.sapsfdemojobs.com not foldername.valhalla40.jobs2web.com
Note the Datacenter URLs in Provisioning are populated with the DC URLs (Correct) but also the portal and search URLs with : https://tenantid.bestrunsap.com/ and https://tenantid.bestrunsap.com/search
These need to be changed as per instructions above along with the integration settings.

SSL Cert:
As to SSL certs, they are managed by SAP so there is no need to request one. In fact, Custom certs are not supported in this environment.

Access :
The original requester is sent the instance details and is automatically created as Site manager for this site.
They however need to follow the instructions in the provisioning email to enable two factor authentication.
Anyone else requiring access needs to request Site Manager access as per standard process. (Via Operations portal)

Configuration: 
These instances are not integrated with Bizx when provisioned. They need to be integrated by the partner.
It is therefore expected that they will not be able to access CSB from Bizx before integration is done.
RMK settings will be populated in Provisioning with dummy values. These need to be populated as per the Implementation guide.

RMK instance:
The RMK site name could well be the BIZX Co ID (SFCPARTXXXX) but again, this does not mean the Bizx instance is already integrated with the RMK instance.

Job alerts:
No emails can be sent to non-SAP addresses on this data center. Job alerts will not be received (same as in the preview environment - see SAP Knowledge Base Article 2431316).
