3000788 - ODP DTP initialization failed with error "No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription"

Symptom1 - ODP DTP initialization failed with below error:

• Invalid Entry : No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription SAP_BW <SUBSCRIPTION ID> (Message no. SODQ666)
• Access_ODP/EXTRACT13 (Message no. RSAR051)
• Operation open_delta_no_data could not be carried out for DTPReq * (Message no. RS_EXCEPTION120)

Symptom2 - when trying to delete the failed init request:

• Invalid Entry : No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription SAP_BW <SUBSCRIPTION ID>
• Operation REQ_OBSERVERpointer_close_error could not be carried out for DTPReq *
• Termination in problem report 'RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET' in row ' 115'

Symptom3 - Error below occurs when DWC extracted data via SDI

• Invalid Entry : No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription HANA_SDI HANA_SDI <SUBSCRIPTION ID> (e.g.20201109014810.000047000)

Symptom4 - CX_ODQ_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND occurs when End subscriptions in ODQMON

Symptom5 - Invalid Entry : No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription RSODP_ODATA ...
