The standard Bill-to field is not available in Sales Quotes Header under Adaptation Mode.

SAP CLoud for Customer

1. In Adaptation mode:
2. Go to the Sales work centre.
3. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
4. Create a new quote.
5. Try to find/ add the 'Bill to' field to the Sales Quote Quick Creation view, header.

Result: the field is not available to be added.

In standard, 'Bill-to' is not part of the QC screen.

As this is not part of standard, it is considered a new feature request. We would therefore like to kindly ask you to post this new request on our Influence page.  Please note that it is not possible for our Support Team to provide you additional information regarding the availability of this feature in a future release.

Alternatively, you can configure 'Sales Quote Creation in Full Create Mode':

Select the checkbox Create Sales Quotes in detail view under the Administrator work centre, Sales and Campaign Settings view: Sales Quotes > Configure Sales Quote related options:  Sales Quote Configuration.

Restrictions apply:

There is a limitation in this release. If you create sales quotes in offline mode, you need to ensure that this configuration is deactivated.

Note:

Product proposals automatically created from Product Lists have to be removed by the user in case no proposed quantity has been maintained in the Product List. Users can use the action Remove Zero-Quantity Items.

With this option, you will be creating sales quotes not in the QC, but in full detail view. You can make the 'Bill-to' field available on the header.
