3001125 - Team Absence Calendar Search function display only primary job to select

Symptom

Currently the search feature in Team Absence Calendar only returns the primary employment in case the user is on concurrent employment and both the employments have the same Direct Manager.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. The Employee is on concurrent employment. Both the Primary and concurrent employment has the same Direct Manager.
  2. When the Direct Manager Navigates to the Team Absence Calendar -> Direct Reports Tab, both the concurrent and primary employment is visible.
  3. However, the issue is with the search functionality within this absence calendar. When we try to search this concurrent employment user in the team absence calendar, it shows only the primary employment and not the concurrent employment.

Cause

This is currently Expected Behavior

Resolution

Engineering has considered this as a product enhancement. This will be tracked under TIM-20289
