3001277 - Job server abruptly restarts with SSL connection errors - Data Services

Symptom

  • During high traffic loads the job server may restart abruptly with various connection errors.
  • Extra traffic can be caused by running network scans or Telnet commands.
  • Errors seen: 
    1. Socket Exception: ADDRINUSE at RWSocket::bind
    2. RWSocketError: in RWSocket::connect:CONNREFUSED
    3. RWSecureSocketSelectError: WANT_X509_LOOKUP
