Symptom
When we drop an index with a long name, a DSI thread in RepServer goes down due to ERROR #3701:

Message from server: Message: 3701, State 3, Severity 11 -- 'Cannot drop the index 'tbl_255_bytes_ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc.
H. 2016/02/17 01:46:14. THREAD FATAL ERROR #5049 DSI EXEC(111(1) MYASE.testdb1) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5125)
The DSI thread for database 'MYASE.testdb1' is being shutdown. DSI received data server error #3701 which is mapped to STOP_REPLICATION. See logged data server errors for more information. The data server error was caused by output command #6 mapped from input command #2 of the failed transaction.
