Error detected in source record with key value 'ABC'
Valuation view XXX not assigned to set of books YYY in company DEF
DEF - Company ID
XXX - Valuation View ID
YYY - Set of Books ID
Cause
This can occur due to incorrect Value Conversion for Valuation View.
If there are Set of Books with different Account Principle that have different Valuation Views, each Valuation View needs to be added in the Value Conversion separately.
For example:
Set of Books: 1
ID 1 - Valuation View A01 - Company ABC - Active
ID 2 - Valuation View B02 - Company ABC - Active
Set of Books: 2
ID 1 - Valuation View A01 - Company ABC - Active
ID 2 - Valuation View C03 - Company ABC - Active
A01, B02 and C03 - Valuation Views IDs
Resolution
To adjust this, each different Valuation View needs to have an ID in the file even if they belong to different Accounting Principles.
Using the example above, each Valuation View needs to have a different ID in the file, instead of repeating ID 2 for B02 and C03, change C03 to ID 3.
In the file each Valuation View needs to have a different number, and after in the Value Conversion of Valuation View (step b Convert Values on Process Files) the conversion needs to be added for all Valuation Views:
ID 1 - Valuation View A01
ID 2 - Valuation View B02
ID 3 - Valuation View C03
