3001405 - Open Server Error 16382.15.0 "The configured maximum number of mutexes have already been created" in Backup Server - SAP ASE

Symptom

When more than 128 simultaneous dumps are running, some of them fail with the following error:

Open Server Session Fatal Error: 16382.15.0: The configured maximum number of mutexes have already been created.
Backup Server: 2.8.2.2: Couldn't create semaphore for session 67. This session must exit.
Open Server Error: 16113.10.0: Invalid object id found in srv_deletemute.
