3001434 - When add new host, hdblcm stuck at "Collecting information from host".

In a scale out system, when you try to add new host(s), hdblcm command hang forever.

hdblcm.log shows hdblcm stucks at the following phase.

"ping <newhost>" command works fine, and OS system log (/var/log/messages) from the new host does not reveal any error messages.
