3001564 - Transaction Launcher in new window fails to load

Symptom

  • When opening a transaction launcher via a new window, the new window opens, but fails to load the transaction.
  • It instead gives an error that the page fails to load.
  • In the Console tab of the browser F12 developer tools of the failed launcher window, there are javascript errors:

    Mixed Content:
    The page at https://<web ui url> was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure form action

    http://<launcher url>
    This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
