3002010 - Only Unrestricted-use Movement Type 561 or 551 is Used When Initial-Loading or Scrapping Quality and Blocked stocks

Symptom

From /SCWM/ISU, upload Quality or Blocked stocks. It is updated ERP S/4 with movement type 561.
From /SCWM/ADGI, scrap Quality or Blocked stocks. It is updated ERP S/4 with movement type 551.

You expect that ERP S/4 should be updated with movement type 563/553 for Quality stocks,  or 565/555 for Block stocks respectively.
