3002126 - In 'Customer Project Factsheet' app, the Actual Effort is showing as 0

Service entry sheet has been posted against a Customer Project. However, when checking app 'Customer Project Factsheet', the Actual Effort is still showing as 0 hours.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a Customer Project and add a role (e.g. T001) to a Work Package;
2. Create a Purchase Order (PO). Add a new item with a Material (e.g. T020). Link this item to the Work Package mentioned above;
3. Create a service entry sheet for the PO then approve it;
4. Open app 'Customer Project Factsheet' and check the Actual Effort for the specific role/Work Package. Notice the effort will be displayed as '0 hours'.

This behavior can be seen due to the following reasons:

• The Purchase Order Account Assignment Category is different than 'Cost Center (K)';
• The PO Cost Center is not the same as the one assigned in the employment data of the subcontractor;
• The Material (in the example shared previously, Material T020) in the Purchase Order is not mapped to the Resource Type 0ACT. Hence the corresponding postings are not getting categorized under the Effort Column of Work Package/Teams section of the Factsheet.

At first, it is necessary to review the Purchase Order details:

• Ensure that the Account Assignment Category is defined as Cost Center (K);
• Assign the same Cost Center to the Purchase Order, as the one linked in the employment data.

This will secure proper cost allocation and alignment with the recommended procurement process.

In case the Material is not mapped to the Resource Type 0ACT, navigate to SSCUI 103299 - Map Resources to Resource Types and add the selected Material to the Resource Type 0ACT.
