How to change the display order for User's details?

By default, the display order of users' name is set according to the languages preferences.

The display order can be changed by editing the specific label value. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Learning Administration > Reference > Manage Labels > Labels >
2. Search for the desired label ID that starts with 'format.FirstName' according to your business needs >
3. Edit the desired label > Locales tab >
4. Change the label value for the desired locale according to the pattern below:

• • Note there are several labels regarding name display order like:
    • format.FirstName.LastName
    • format.FirstName.LastName.AdditionalIdentifier
    • format.FirstName.MI
    • format.FirstName.MI.LastName
    • format.FirstName.MI.LastName.AdditionalIdentifier
    • format.FirstNameInitial.LastNameInitial

5. Apply the changes.
