3002185 - Notifications are not sent: "Error creating the notification Outbound communication failed" and "No queue prefix maintained for destination IWNGW_BEP_OUT_BGRFC"

Symptom

Notifications are not sent to the users.

Even the demo notification provider (/N/IWNGW/BEP_DEMO) is failing with error message:

  • Test Create Notification
  • Attempting to create a Leave Request Notification
  • Error creating the notification Outbound communication failed

In SLG1 for object /IWNGW/ the below errors are present:

  • No queue prefix maintained for destination IWNGW_BEP_OUT_BGRFC
  • Creation of notification(s) failed
