3002520 - Incorrect Execution status even after Last Expected Event 'DEPARTURE'

In Customizing for freight order types, users can activate follow-up processes for events. When 'DEPARTURE' is set as the Last Expected Event in the freight order type, the system should automatically set the execution status to 'Executed' after reporting the event 'Departure' from the FO Execution tab or receiving the event 'Departure' from an external Execution Tracking system. However, this is not currently happening.

Users have tried to run the report /SCMTMS/DETERMINE_EXEC_STATUS to redetermine the Execution Status. However, the FO Execution Status is still not set to 'Executed'.
