3002595 - CJ20N: Person Responsible (VERNR) input not validated

Symptom

Since an upgrade, the system allows any value to be input as the Person Responsible field (PROJ-VERNR) despite that this value does not exist in table TCJ04. It is expected that the system should throw the following error message:

"Entry Person Responsible = 0000000X does not exist in TCJ04 (check entry)

Message No. 00058"
