3002986 - SAP IQ 16.1 Left Join displays incorrect behavior

Symptom

There appears to be an incorrect behavior with the optimizer when using the left outer join.

When initially tested, there are 2 rows in t1, 2 rows in t2 and 2 rows in InstrumentRole to verify the where clause. The test queries both returned 2 rows and queryplan showed left outer join after adding a 100K rows of junk data to InstrumentRole the optimizer went right outer join.
