3003004 - How can the task 'Set Goals' be disabled? - Onboarding

Symptom

"Set Goals" task is still showing even though it is already been removed via Admin Center -> Manage Onboarding 2.0 and Offboarding 2.0 Tasks, and customer does not have Goal Management implemented

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
  2. Check onboardee -> View All task
  3. Set Goals can be seen in task

Cause

A refresh is needed for the system

Resolution

  • Enable the minimum required switches for Goal Management
  • Check and adjust - where necessary - the permission roles
  • Execute the Odata refresh
  • Log out and log in again
  • Go to the Onboarding Program and check whether the 'Set Goals' task appeared again (this was successful)
  • Remove the 'Set Goals' task from the Onboarding Program and check if it can be added again (this was successful)
  • Create a New Candidate and Initiate Onboarding
  • After completing the Review New Hire Data step as an Hiring Manager, the Hiring Manager was able to see that the 'Set Goals' task no longer showed as a task in the UI
