Customer would like to setup Job Information entities to external onboardees
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
1. Go to Admin Center -> Manage Permission Roles -> ExternalOnboardingUser
2. Go to Employee Central Effective Dated Entites
3. Entites such as Division, Location, Department, Position, etc, cannot be set to be Visible to External Users
Cause
Job Information Entites are company information which could not be shared to External Users
Resolution
The request is not possible as only personalinfo, addressinfo and dependentinfo are the only EC entities that can be granted to the onboardee as they are still considered as an external users.
