3003258 - Update Job Profile under Job requisition - Recruiting Management

The job profile under Job Requisition is not getting updated after making changes to the Job Profile under Manage Job Profile content.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to a Job requisition created from a Role or mapped to a Job role.
2. Make changes to the associated Job Profile in Manage Job Profile content.
3. Check the Job Profile under Job Requisition details page, you will notice that the Job profile is not updated.

Currently there is no auto sync from the Manage Job Profile content to Job Requisition's Job profile tab.

You need to click on the "Update" button in the Job Profile tab under Job requisition details page and reselect the same role in order to have the updated profile in the Job requisition page. You can also vote for the enhancement request to update the job requisitions when the job profile has been updated via this link.
