3003306 - ESI - Target Namespace must be absolute URL, consumer proxy cannot be generated

Symptom

  • When trying to generate a consumer proxy from a 3rd party WSDL file the wizard shows this error: incorrect value: Target Namespace must be absolute URL.
  • Proxy Generation: error occurred.
  • A library handler exception was raised.
