3003351 - WDA: Web Dynpro Popup laying feature in Fiori has changed

Symptom

Previously, the Web Dynpro ABAP application Popup screen in within a Fiori app is only laying over the detail page (Background in the dark shadow):

After new SAP Fiori SAPUI5, the Web Dynpro ABAP application Popup screen within a Fiori app is laying over the whole iFrame Page (The whole Inbox page: both the inbox menu list and details):

The popup cannot be moved outside of the application frame and is clipped at the application frame.
