Recipients that we have set up/added in Recruiting Posting are not receiving their custom report.

If you have set up the frequency to daily, there might a temporary technical issue and reports are not sent.
If your newly added recipients are not receiving custom reports set up in Manage Recruiting Posting > My Reports, or your current recipients stopped receiving them, you can raise a Launchpad ticket with the name of the report and the authorization to add internal SAP recipients to these reports in order to investigate further and determine the root cause.
Please note that if a planned report has not been received for any reason by the recipients, it is not technically possible to send them again. In that case, Customers will have to create a new report in Recruiting Posting, based on the period of time and features targeted. Adjust the "Sending Frequency:" to "Every Day", and choose the more appropriate time. You can then delete the report if you don't need it any longer.
Recruiting Posting Demo and Preview instances do not send emails, so in these cases, it is expected behavior.
